People say I’m stubborn and I guess they are right.  I’d rather use the word determined.  Either way, I had sat myself down on a picnic table only twenty feet from a parking lot.  And I was going to sit there in the 100 degree heat until God said something.

It started when I had my first child.  I became pregnant totally unexpectedly.  I had been training for a marathon, running anywhere between five to twenty miles a day.  That kind of training usually diminishes the chances of conceiving.  I beat the odds I guess and when my son was born I fell head over heels in love with my little boy.  Now, four years later, I was loosing faith.  I desperately wanted another child.  But no matter what we did, how hard we tried, how much I prayed, I couldn’t get pregnant.

How does one relate to another at an authentic "soulmate" level?  The most exulted level on which one can relate to another is to see the other and to meet the other as soul. The soul is defined as the spiritual and vital part of a person. See within others that they are part of God, and carry the seed of divinity. Listen with your heart because the heart perceives the invisible layers of truth behind the facade life presents us.

All that a man achieves and all that he fails to achieve is the direct result of his own thoughts.” ~James Allen

“I can’t. I’ll never. They don’t. I’ll Try. I Hope. I Need.”   The ever muttering mantra of those plagued with self doubt. Is this you? It damn sure was me! I suffered the agonizing pain of a low self worth and self doubt. I don’t anymore. It was a real challenge in my life. I struggled with obesity from an early age.  I was a social outcast in my town. I never fit in except with a very few people, some of whom moved away when I was young. I was born into a house that always struggled for money. I had a father who was self absorbed with an alcohol issue. It was hard and affected me in more ways than one. But I overcame it. I look back at that boy and I must say that I overcame it. I didn’t have therapy or counseling. It was I myself, and a spiritual understanding, that changed my life.

I am grateful for the love in my life. I feel it in so many ways. Due to my fianceé’s work we do spend quite a bit of time apart. When she is away, the first thing I do each morning is roll over, grab my phone, and text her “Good Morning Love.” It is a simple message, but one with a great deal of meaning to me. I convey my message to her and yet this statement is powerful in that I start each day greeting love. After our morning exchange I then think of the other aspects of love in my life. I have a beautiful relationship with my son. We laugh and jokes and tell each other, “I love you, “often. I also remember that I love the world and the people in it, no matter what their actions are. I then remember the love I have for myself.

Good Morning Love.

We live in a society that vacillates between whether or not it is okay for men behave as gentlemen and women to act and expect to be treated like ladies.  In her book Miss Manners' Guide to Excruciatingly Correct Behavior, Judith Martin says Miss Manners has a puzzling time trying to decide why one courtesy is ‘demeaning’ and another is a ‘gesture of respect,’ and therefore would like to forget the entire symbolic aspect of this ritual. . . .  We agree that the opening and shutting of car doors will not be a test of character or physical strength. . . .”

Look, it happens. There is that ONE thing in your life that is driving you nuts. Perhaps it’s a co-worker who chews gum loudly in your ear all day. Perhaps it’s that your mate leaves the kitchen cabinets open every time they use them. Perhaps it’s something that feels a bit bigger, like your job, career or relationships in general. Take heart, this article will change your life.

Is your home cluttered?  Your car?  Your closets?  Your garage?

Someone once asked Charles Fillmore (author of the book PROSPERITY) what he believed the greatest obstacle to prosperity was for most people.

He answered without a moment's hesitation.

"Clutter!"

Put love first.  When you concentrate on your job, you succeed.  When you invest time learning about a career skill, your favorite sports team, even more about your friends, you become an expert in those fields.  What about the Arena of Love?  Don’t you think you should spend more time and effort in that area?  You do want a fabulous love life…don’t you?  When it comes to your relationship, are you the student, reluctant to crack your textbooks…or the connoisseur?

Since its launch in 2004, Facebook has taken over the world of social networking. Every time you post on your wall, you are marketing yourself, your likes and dislikes, and your activities to those you have marked as friends. Now that we can communicate instantly with enormous groups of people instantly, we need to be aware of the benefits of using Facebook as a marketing tool for our products and services.  However, when using it as a way to keep in touch with friends, please be sure all your settings are marked "private" so that your information is not visible to the general public.

Is something in your life overripe?

What's Yellow And...
Are there things you are holding onto that you are done with but are afraid to throw out, like that banana that you might eat but probably won't eat that you leave on the counter until it's totally spotted.

But maybe you will eat it - there might be some good part left in it still - and you spent money for it, and it's food after all that should not go to waste - so you leave it there on the counter some more...

Until now it's a brown and black mushy yuck of banana that you are disgusted about and don't want to touch so you leave it there for your spouse to throw away.  Or maybe you even you stop inviting people over so they don't catch you living your past-ripe banana truth.
